Returns + Exchanges

We want you to be stoked with the things you purchase from us, and understand that sizing can vary between products and brands, so returns may be necessary.

If you do return a product, please first use the contact page on our website so we can make sure we can look out for it in the post and react accordingly. Please let us know your name address and order number, and give us some details regarding why you’d like to return it, or if you’d like to exchange it instead. The product must be returned as it was sent, with labels on, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and undamaged, properly like new.

Once we have received the items in the post, we can process either the refund or exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your items in the post. We would recommend that you send us all items using either recorded or insured post, as we can’t unfortunately be liable for loss or damage to items whilst in transit. Please know that we are unable to refund the original shipping costs, in any instance, unless an item is faulty or if your order was cancelled.

It is your responsibility to care for the product as stated on/in the garment.

Also please bear in mind that colours might vary very slightly from screen to screen (from the factory to what you see on your tablet, phone or laptop).
